Listen to what our patients are saying:

"It started in the beginning of summer 2007. I felt a lump over my left breast. I am in my mid seventies, thought of myself as healthy, as I rarely got sick, stopped smoking 40 years ago, no alcohol for thirty years. My husband and I were scheduled to fly to England in September, then go to Portugal and sail to Barbados, so I delayed in saying anything.
Susan Stone
I first met Dr. Quintana and the staff of Natural Therapies and Spa in February 2006. I had been doing alternative treatments for metastatic melanoma since it had spread to my liver and lymphatic system almost 2 years earlier. A significant lump had formed in my head. I knew I needed to do more than I was doing. I was scared. I was afraid to come to Mexico, not speaking or understanding the language. But I was more afraid the cancer would get to my brain and take me down. In 2004, I was told I wouldn't make it through the summer. I know very few people who have survived melanoma after it spread to any organs.
Jon Wirth
April 2003 diagnosed in the States with Prostate Cancer /possible stage 3 PSA 20.8 and rising

May 2003 checked into hospital in Mexico for three weeks of non-surgical treatment.
Dee Cernile
My name is Dee Cernile. I recently attended Natural Therapies and Spa in Mexico.
The health care that I was receiving in Canada was based ONLY on full strength chemo and high intensity radiation, nothing else. When I looked into my treatment options and the percentage of success that I was facing with this option I found it to be unacceptable for my particular situation.
Peggy Sue Roberts
My name is Peggy Sue Roberts. My husband, Jim, and I live in Yucca Valley, California near Palm Springs.
I was introduced to Thomas and the clinic three years ago when I had terminal cancer. Jim and I researched our alternatives after my really bad reaction to chemotherapy and decided to take treatments at the clinic.

Looking out of my room's expansive windows I see the skyline of San Diego, the Coronado Bridge and San Diego Bay. I also see a huge flag of Mexico. This is the most notable clue that I am looking north from the hills of Tijuana. I feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. This is because I am in a safe place, well cared for, and living in accommodations that I would rate 4 stars. The accommodations and quality of care are excellent. The staff here is very welcoming. Meals are prepared as I request, there is daily room service and laundry, the facility is immaculately maintained, there are entertainment rooms with hot tub, pool table, and exercise equipment.
Norman Clark
Norman and I just returned from a three week sojourn in Mexico. We did not go for fun or adventure; we went for cancer treatment. In February, my husband was diagnosed with rather advanced and aggressive prostate cancer. His Gleeson score was 8 (10 being the worst), and he had a palpable tumor. As you may know, the conventional options for treating prostate cancer in his case, radical surgery, radiation, or cryotherapy with hormone ablation are pretty horrific, with terrible, even crippling side effects. The doctors were not always forthcoming about those side effects, despite our pointed questions.
